Evan Bass is a New York-based actor, writer, producer, improviser, and entrepreneur. Evan is a performer with Live in Theater; performing in J&K 1965 (John), The Ryan Case 1873, Lombardi Case 1975, and The Trial of Typhoid Mary. Known to some for his role as Rod in the web series We Need Girlfriends, Evan is theatrically trained at The WARD Studio and trained in improv from many of the greats at both The Upright Citizens Brigade and The Magnet Theater. His passion field is ecopsychosocial approaches to dementia treatment, especially the arts, leading him to write and produce the short film How You Are to Me. His theater work with the dementia population can be found in the recently published article on the Scripted-Improv clinical trial published by the SAGE Journals.
